Refunds & Returns Policy

Refunds are governed by this policy and apply only under the conditions outlined below by 76Brave Cornhole.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only for products that arrive with a verified manufacturing defect. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Returns will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Bags used on non-regulation boards, damaged boards, or rough or abrasive surfaces.

• Bags broken in using high temperatures, liquids, or any method not approved by 76Brave Cornhole.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items in brand new condition unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before 2:00 PM PST on the day of purchase.

Orders cancelled after 2:00 PM PST may incur a 15% restocking fee and, if the order has already shipped, must be returned at the customer’s expense.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
